Anyhoo, it was with a smile on my face that I read bigots like Peter and Hazel Bull can no longer hide behind their religious bollocks. If you don’t know the story, The Bulls refused to allow Martyn Hall and Steven Preddy, who are civil partners, to share a double room in their hotel because they are fucking loons, no sorry, they don’t’ believe in ‘sex before marriage’ or ‘homosexuality.’
All fine and dandy, believe what you like, but don’t run a public business and discriminate against lawfully abiding people on the basis of your personal woo based nonsense.
Of course they’re bleating about being the victims, forgetting that no one is condemning THEM for being christians, only for being poor hoteliers. I am so glad the judge handed their ass to them. Listen up Bulls, you don’t get to discriminate against people based on colour, creed or sexual orientation, if you can’t wrap you god bothering head around that get out of the hotel business, or better yet, pray to your god and keep your woo to your self. The ‘bible’ might be clear but the law is clearer.
